I strongly believe that people who feels sad enough to die, should
really go and take thier life.
If he/she is really feels that he/she is sad enough/depressed enough/worthless enough to die. Then please do.
Seriously, just do.
No loss to the society.
The society does not need people who are unable to get themselves up from the little dark pit of sadness.
Nobody needs a person who just go, "I'm useless. I'm tired. I want to die." every time.
So, if you are a person who does that, please go and take your life.
Now now, I'm not saying that a person cannot be sad or depressed. You can be sad, you can be depressed, and feel free to wallow in that dark pit every now and then. But, after wallowing, please climb out of the pit again and rejoin society. Please do not continue to wallow in that darkness and lie there, hoping that a nice, kind person would come along and help you up.
Why don't you help yourself instead?
Use your own hands to help yourself to climb up, instead of waiting for a person to help you.
There are always ups and downs in life. However, don't let that down be a black point in life. Do not run away from it. Face it. But don't let it drag you down. See it as a contrast point to better things in life. See it as a lesson learnt, a point taken. Analyze it. What made that point of your life so sad and depressing? What could you have done to avoid it? Then, take the lessons in mind and make sure not to let it happen again. Even if it does. You have already experienced it. What is there to be afraid of?
Take a deep breathe, let it out and continue to march down that path of life. If you were to fall down, just pick yourself up, stick your tongue out that that stupid pebble which made you walk and continue to march down the path again.
It might be hard to keep picking yourself up, but it's life. If life is a human, then it would be a naughty children. It keeps teasing you, destroying stuff, making you chase after it, but come down to it, you still love it. No matter how much stuff it throws at you, you will still feel affectionate for it.
So, love life. Don't hate it. Happy or sad, love it. Do not hate sadness, depression, angst, anger, jealousness etc. . Love it. Because it's life. It's just how life it. :D:D:D:D
